“As a car-designer, I have been really lucky to witness and co-shape the phenomenal evolution of modern electric mobility starting from building solar cars and racing the “Tour de Sol” in 1986 together several other pioneers. I then continued designing and realizing (many) EV-prototypes and charging infrastructure-solutions, leading the world-wide unique P&D-Project of Mendrisio in the ‘90, as well as consulting private and public companies and institution in Switzerland and abroad. This activities have been performed under Protoscar, the first company that I founded as a student and directed until 2019, when it was sold to the city of Zürich (Energie360° AG). Today Protoscar -and several of my ex-colleagues- are still successfully underway focusing on EV- consultancies.”
